André Schenk & Stephan R. Schulenberg International Legal Team

André Schenk has practiced law since 2003 in Bremen and then in Hamburg since 2005. He studied law at the University of Bremen and abroad at the University of Sheffield. Andre received his Masters of European and International Law (LL.M.Eur), University of Bremen. Training in Bremen and Brussels for (European Commission for Consumer Protection) with emphasis in IT and Internet law, competition, trademark and copyright law. Since October 2005, holders of the office Schulenberg & Schenk with the focus of activity in IT, Internet law and software law, including M-Commerce law and intellectual property law. From the time Andre began practicing law in 2003, counseling and litigation for small and medium enterprises has been a focus.

Stephen R. Schulenberg has been practicing Law since August 2003 in Hamburg, Germany. He has studied law at the University of Bremen and the University of Hamburg as well as abroad at University of Nice and the University of Utrecht. Stephen received his Masters of European and International Law (LL.M.Eur) from the University of Bremen. He has trained in both Bremen and Brussels specializing in European Commission for Competition. Since October 2005, holders of the office Schulenberg & Schenk with the main focus in Intellectual Property law, Distribution Law (Commercial Law), Laws of Drug/Product Advertising, and business law. Stephan is also the writer for the magazine and the website of Netcoo OF FUNDS as well as a Member of the Supervisory Board of forfree AG.
