Christopher BrattaCEO & President
In the fall of 2007, Christopher founded isXperia based on the philosophy of truly building a company by distributors for distributors. For more than 17 years, prior to opening the doors of isXperia, he earned millions as a distributor in direct sales representing nutritional products. Christopher's commitment to "The Best-in-Class regarding Products and Services", has brought today's conscious consumer a line of exceptional products as well as providing the unique opportunity to share isXperia products through independent distributorships.
Since inception of isXperia, Christopher has built a solid foundation and reputation as a direct sales company owner. Another philosophy and contributing factor as quoted by Christopher, "I would never ask anyone to do anything that I am not willing to do myself." In a few short years, isXperia has grown into an Multi-Million Dollar International Debt Free company. As isXperia continues to expand its global footprint it is poised to become the next billion dollar direct sales organization.
Jennifer JobinVice President
Jennifer Jobin started her career in 1995 after graduating from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. She visited Salt Lake City for spring break her senior year of college, fell in love with the mountains and people and moved there the minute she graduated. Although she graduated with a major in Political Science and two minors (International Relations and Spanish), she went a completely different direction when she signed on with a global cookie company, Mrs. Fields, as their Corporate Sales Manager. Joining the mail order division of the company turned out to be one of the best decisions she (and the company) ever made.
Her mentor, Larry Hodges, the CEO and President recognized her entreuprenurial spirit and placed her in many different roles within the organization from Corporate Sales Manager to Marketing Manager to Vice President and General Manager of the Gifts Division. She was the youngest Vice President ever named under Larry Hodges. She was responsible for taking this small division to one of the most profitable in the organization. Under her leadership, the division grew to a multi-million dollar success. She launched the original Mrs. Fields website in 1997, brought the call center in house, oversaw the creation, design and printing of the catalog, designed and launched a custom line of Mrs. Fields gifts (still in existence today), managed the division’s largest and most important customers and eventually even managed the company’s licensed products (under the TCBY and Mrs. Fields brands).
In 2012, recognizing the potential of isXperia, its products and team, she quickly accepted when offered the exciting role of Vice President from founder and CEO, Christopher Bratta.
On a personal note, Jennifer resides in Fort Myers, FL with her two children and golden retriever, Hank. She enjoys cooking, running (many miles) and reading.
Harold HaaserSupervisor of Operations
Harold's business experience began while working in his family's real estate ventures in Ohio. In 1988, Harold's career moved him from his childhood home in Ohio to Kentucky, and then his current home in Lakeland, Florida where he's been working in the resort business for over 25 years. As a partner in a multi million-dollar travel club, Harold was responsible for new sales, membership service, construction and operations for nine offices throughout the United States, with almost four hundred employees company wide.
Harold has always been a "hands on" person and learned at an early age that earning respect from the people you meet, by getting them what they want when they want it, is very important and can make or break you in this business.
"I've continued this tradition throughout my business career and I'm proud to bring my history and years of serving people and meeting the needs of others to isXperia!

Maria TunisDirector of Marketing
Maria Tunis graduated from Robert Morris College in 1993 with a Computer Graphics degree. Her experience includes Co-ownership, Founder and Trainer of two Graphic Design Companies. Maria directs the creative aspects behind the Marketing efforts of isXperia. Her responsibilities include packaging design, marketing collateral design, product branding and website design.
Maria's dedication and passion to isXperia is outstanding! She really enjoys creating new ideas and keeping the designs cutting edge as well as unique. "I simply LOVE what I do and I don't look at it as work! I am so blessed to be working with Christopher, Gina and everyone at Corporate. isXperia is truly the right company and will always be true to its distributors in the field! After all, we are a company created by distributors for distributors!"
Shelley Story-MattesichAssistant to President & CEO
Shelley brings more than 12 years experience in accounting from BMW Corporation. She is extremely motivated, assertive, and self directed which makes for a smooth day at the corporate office working alongside and in direct support of Christopher Bratta, Founder and President.
Shelley provides general reception services to the organization as both current distributors and customers along with future distributors and customers visit the corporate office on a regular basis to meet the corporate team. She helps facilitate day-to-day operations. Shelley has superior organizations skills, excellent communication skills and sound judgment. Shelley is excited to be a part of this phenomenal fast-paced environment with a highly motivated staff in a rapidly growing mission-focused organization.
Shelley resides in Cape Coral with her husband and 3 children.
