Michael Davis

Mike has over 28 years of network marketing and sales experience. He is a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales/management stategist with demonstrated success driving multi-million dollar sales growth, while providing award winning sales leadership in highly competitive markets.

He is adept at building large sales forces and driving growth of company revenues, as well as improving sales force performance. He is an exceptional mentor and coach, tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

Specifically, he has built sales organizations in excess of 10,000 distributors three times, and has earned over $10,000/month four times with four different companies. More importantly he has helped many others earn $10-$35,000/month through his mentoring, coaching, and excellent training skills.

Les Pritchard

Les Pritchard joins the isXperia Leadership team with a proven track record of leading teams in business to exceed their goals. Les started in the professional arena by quickly becoming the number 2 producing sales person for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. He became the youngest manger in training in the region's history and continued to exceed goals and receive selling awards.

Les and his wife, Lynette, created a Wellness Center in Chicago and grew the business at an impressive rate for over 5 years and ended up successfully selling that business. Les went on and furthered his sales career by entering the industry of capital medical equipment sales. Since then, he has achieved a master level of partnership and relationship building within the industry to maintain a loyal population of buyers and sellers. Since 2000, Les has overseen the creation of internet marketing systems that have nurtured certain segments of the market while creating new ones to produce over $20 million in sales.

Les has also been a Team Leader and National Speaker for 2 companies in the Network Marketing industry, earning countless awards for leadership and training. Les has spoken to and helped thousands of small business owners to create goals on various levels and reach those goals. He has a unique ability to connect with his audience in a very real way, impacting their business and their lives. Les will tell you that by far the greatest title he has ever earned in business or life is "Daddy" from his 7 year old son, Gabriel, who is the light of his life.


Stephanie Beebe

Stephanie began her career as a Legal Assistant and after 4 years of working in Domestic Relations and Personal Injury she was tired of on the 8-5 grind and felt the entrepreneur in her wanting to come out.

Stephanie was invited to a party for a direct sales company in 1996 where she met Partylite and her desire to own her own business came true. Within a year Stephanie reached the first level of Leadership, sponsoring 6 consultants and knew it was time to leave the corporate world. This allowed her the opportunity to focus on her two loves; real estate and Partylite. Stephanie quickly excelled at both real estate and Partylite but realized she needed to focus on one business. She chose Partylite and her love to train and help others blossomed. Throughout her 12 years with Partylite, Stephanie developed and nurtured 12 Leaders, over 200 consultants nationwide, and kept thousands of people on her customer list.

In 2003 Stephanie was asked to join a professional nationwide speaking/training company, Alexander Kellan, and instructed Doctors around the country on how to improve their presentation skills and learning how to speak in front of small and large audiences.

During this time Stephanie's need for Real Estate stirred again and she joined Keller Williams. This time around was going to be different. With the love of teaching and training so deep, Stephanie formed a team of agents; Buyer and Seller specialists. The team grew to consist of 7 agents, an administrative assistant and a transaction coordinator.

Stephanie's desire to help others, teach and motivate people to do well, and build independence is overwhelming. "When I was first approached about isXperia, I was a little hesitant but after reviewing the compensation plan and then trying the products I knew this was the place for me!" The products are top of the line and show results immediately. Jeff DeLuca

Jeff started his career in corporate sales after a downsizing of his 19 year career with AMP Incorporated, a connector product company. Through his relationship-building style of sales, he was able to land government contracts reaching very near the $1 million dollar mark!

"I understood very quickly in corporate sales that you were only as good as your best year! To continue earning the big money, you were required to produce more and more each year."

Jeff has over 14 years experience in the direct sales and the network marketing industry and is a driving force in the recruiting, training and support of multiple sales organizations. His compassion for the people and his desire to help as many individuals as possible to reach their financial goals, is why he is here at IsXperia.
