Christopher's vision encompasses an evolving and growing organization which currently includes Nutritional and Skin Care products. These products demonstrate isXperia's determination to provide only the highest quality products. His commitment is to the long term perspective, to leave a lasting legacy for his wife, children, and the family of isXperia.

Gina Bratta
Executive Vice President

Gina is an intricate part of isXperia, and a key component in the development of the business. Gina's help with the research and development of the products, her marketing, recruiting, and relationship skills, work ethic, plus twelve years of marketing experience, have contributed to building isXperia into what it is today, a leader in network marketing.

At the core of Gina's expertise and contributions to isXperia are her strong family values, motivation to provide excellence, and encouragement from her husband, Christopher. Both Christopher and Gina are dedicated to building a world-wide company which is a model of success, integrity, and customer service.

Michael Bratta
Vice President of Operations

Michael consults regularly with executives from a variety of fields to help create solutions to any problems. Prior to his current position, he was an executive with CarMax in Operations; he led the company with a #1 rating and was called upon by other Operation Managers to improve their customer service skills. Michael has great knowledge in the operations field; he was the number one problem solver with CarMax in the Chicagoland area. Raised in Schaumburg, Illinois, Michael now lives with his wife and two children and pet Ivory in Naperville. He is new to the Network Marketing industry, but the enthusiasm that he has for isXperia is overwhelming.

David Martin
Corporate Consultant

David Martin is an internationally recognized speaker, business consultant and performance coach. He combines his experience in elite level coaching, martial arts, sales leadership, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Self-Image Psychology to teach a world championship mind-set conditioning to entrepreneurs, business people, athletes and anyone seeking personal breakthroughs in their life.

David began his path of personal development nearly thirty years ago. Enrolling in the martial art of Taekwondo, he learned the physical and mental disciplines that would earn him a gold medal at the US Olympic Festival, as well as other national and international titles.

Upon retiring from competition, David began a career in direct sales and quickly established himself as a leader by developing organizations throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. He applied the same principles that he used to become a Gold Medallist to business building. That's when he discovered his love for teaching others extended from the Taekwondo school to the business arena.

Today David travels around the world conducting Performance Workshops. Seminars topics include Mind-set Mastery, Sales Mastery, Creating an Empowering Self-Image, Communications, Leadership, Success On Purpose, Breakthrough Limiting Beliefs and more.

Rich Lawrence
Director of Information Technology

Rich handles all of our website and programming needs. He has 10+ years of experience in computer programming. In doing so he works daily with the corporate team in implementing their ideas and concepts and making them work on the web.

Rich also owns a web development company specializing in business makeovers. He has found a nitch with companies in being able to identify what they want while speaking their same language. Rich and his team take the time to get to know the customer' s business, listen to the customers needs and concerns, and truely understand their vision and in turn we are able to deliver exactly what they expect and then some!

Maria DeLaRosa
Director of Marketing & Training

Maria has over 18 years of experience in the pre-press graphic arts industry. Maria began as a traditional typesetter and then progressed into desk top publishing. Earning her certificate in desk top publishing in 1990, she left the production environment to pursue a career in computer software training for a graphic arts dealer in the Chicagoland area.

From there, Maria became an co-owner in a graphic arts service company in the Midwest. There she was responsible for systems integration, training and sales. Over the past 10 years, Maria has expanded her knowledge from the print side of graphics to include the web side of graphics.
